Times Union, We are moving cross country and are looking for a loving and responsible family or organization to adopt our turtles. The turtles, one male and one female, have been mates for 12 years. Turtles may live another 10 years. Looking for responsible family or organization willing to love, feed and care for turtles. Turtle tank needs to have water and filter changed once a month. Turtles are very friendly and come up to the glass whenever someone enters into the room.The female is larger than the male. They are both full grown. Will donate turtles, tank, filter, cover, lights and any remaining food to non-profit organization or loving family.
