Times Union, Foster dog went missing around 5pm on Sunday 1/17. He is unfamiliar with the area and was last seen running up Quail towards the Mobile on New Scotland. We do not know if he crossed New Scotland. He is a small hound mix, about 35 pds, tan with black down his back. He is wearing a purple collar with no tag. He is very timid and does not know his name.
